It sounds like your friend has some major mental issues. I would definitely first confront her and ask her how she is able to do all of these physical activities that you have seen her doing (mowing the lawn, working outside, etc.) if she is in so much pain that she can't even sit at a desk to work. Maybe she will start to get the hint that people are onto her and she may get into serious trouble. She is committing a serious crime and can actually go to prison if caught. If I were in that situation, it would make me insane, especially since I have such a strong work ethic and work very hard. I would have to do something about it. Good luck!
