My two oldest found out about the same time, daughter was 12, son was 11, but my 8-year-old still believes, of course. My daughter was definitely more upset than my son and it did make me feel bad. And yes, as they got older I felt kind of strange egging them on about it. I felt kind of torn, but since the other two managed to be much older, I do want my 8-year-old to hang on for a few more years, the baby always grows up so fast!! I am not sure I would do it again if I had it to do all over though . . .
