they get high all the time. I smoked pot in HS and college, about once a week at the most. But that depends on the person and if they have the self control or desire not to go through life in a haze. Once I got high on the way to school just to see what it was like basically, as I could not fathom how anyone went to school stoned. That was the last time I did that, no way anyone can do that and absorb anything academically. Keep your senses open, smell him, check his eyes, look for munchies....But if he wants it legalized odds are he is diong it. I am basically opposed to drug tests though I don't do or use anything illegal nowadays....I figure what a person does in their spare time is their business....as long as it does not affect their family or life, who cares is my philosphy. But a child, no, should not be possibley screwing up their life for a few hours of being high. Good luck.
