 I replied to your message earlier but it appears that it didn't get moved when they moved your message; sorry. I had wrote quite a bit the first time but due to time constraints, yes. I used them. They worked good. You have to be consistent though. Upper 2 times each day x20 minutes each; same for lower. Hard to talk while you have them on. They lasted for 6 months or better. As long as you are consistent and follow the instructions, they work good.
