We were married young (He was 20, I was 19) and over the years, he has mellowed and matured. Just the other day we were discussing something about a trip we had taken just a few years into our marriage and he said to me, "I was a jerk" and the truth was, he WAS a jerk sometimes. Over the years, his "jerk" moments have become few and far between!
