except that you are turned off from sex because it hurts. I presume you have "female" issues such as endometriosis or fibroids, or other problems. If endometriosis odds are you cannot have kids anyway, yes it is possible but not as likely as someone without that problem. As for the pain, you definitely need to talk with your doctor. I too have pain during sex but luckily for me only in certain positions (cervix gets hit) and know it is not a medical problem; but it does make things difficult at times. But if if happened all the time I too would have no desire for sex. Having kids is not your reason as you have none as yet, so that obviously is not the cause. You need to figure it out because despite all your DH says he will probably go out and get it elsewhere, most men need sex, period. Getting creative can only go so far, but if you don't even want to do that then I'd say the marriage is doomed to fail in the long run. I hope you and your doctor can figure something out that works for you and your DH.
