type a note up and put it in an envelope, slip it in her windshield wipers or leave it on the front desk by the sign in slips or something. You don't have to be mean or anything, just say..saw your myspace, your personal life is your own, but not sure *** daycare would appreciate being named on a page with guns, booze and smoke. She'll probably be embarassed, but I'm willing to bet it'll be gone. It looks like she hasn't even been on there in a couple of months, so she may not even be thinking about it.
