You dognapped?

I had a Great Dane run through my yard earlier today (my community is 1 where you are not allowed to let pets run the streets)- I immediately got up to see about feeding it and know female as dog from next door (who usually stays in its own yard) ran over and tried to mate. It has a collar on but was scared away and I could not see where it belonged- I would have called the people to let them know the dog was over here. I hate to see mistreatment of animals in any way, shape or form
