I wanted to check my post re animal rescue and noticed this one. My son has been having that problem for 2 weeks, although it's not just on hands, also bad on top of feet. He has been taking Benadryl for a week and over the weekend we washed everything in his room, without detergent or softener, sheets, etc. I think it was the softener but I was so afraid it was bedbugs or something. He says the Benadryl is not working. Did it work for you? May need Atarax or something. I'm to the point where I think I should take him to dermatologist - it's been 2 weeks.
