I foster for the Humane Society and when I have kittens that sneeze, cough, runny eyes, etc. they give me drops to put in their eyes and/or nose 2-3x a day. It's called gentamicin sulfate ophthalmic solution. Only about $10.00 for the bottle, but you have to get an Rx from your vet.
