Okay, this sounds gross, but it's good. I use it with regular chips though, like ruffles.
Anyway, take a regular size thing of cream cheese and let it sit out for a little bit to get soft (just a little, not too much) mix in a little ketchup and Worchestire sauce and a little garlic sauce and wa-lah! Sounds gross, but really good, just go easy on the last 3 ingredients, experiment to your taste!

1/2 block or 1 jar of velveta cheese, 1 pound cooked ground beef, 1 can rotel tomatoes, season to taste: Rotel Dip...I love it served with jalapeno peppers, sour cream and shredded lettuce which are optional....

BLT Dip
1 lb. bacon
1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
1 tomato, peeled, seeded and diced

Cook bacon over medium heat until evenly browned. Drain on paper towels. In medium bowl combine mayo and sour cream. Crumble bacon into the mixture. Add in tomatoes just before serving.

Nascar Corn Dip
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayo
1 package ranch dressing mix
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can Mexicorn, drained
1 chopped jalapeno
chopped onion to taste.

Mix all ingredients and chill for 1 hour. Best erved with Fritos.

this isn't a dip but goes great with those chips. Sounds kind of gross actually and I was scared the first time I tried it but one taste and I (and everyone else) was hooked!

COWBOY CAVIER/AVACADO SALSA

1 Can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can mexicorn rinsed and drained
3 green onions chopped & 1 small red onion chopped
2 medium tomatoes chopped
2 avocados chopped
1 pkg good seasons Italian dressing (dry mix)
1/2 C vegetable oil
1/4 C white vinegar

Combine 1st four ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix dressing mix, oil and vinegar. Pour over 1st four and chill. Before serving add tomatoes and avocados.
