Yes he will probably be crazy but you need to keep it dry. If its not wet out then no problem. Oh yeah, mine also had to be put on antibiotics by the vet. That is the same pad he cut off. You must keep it dry or it will get infected. You will probably have to get antibiotics as well. Didn't it bleed alot, mine did.
