There is a bit of genetics at play here. Some people are skinny naturally and some are naturally more efficient. In the case of a famine, those are the lucky ones. In the case of current society, not so much. My point is, though, that two people can eat the exact same diet and one will be far heavier than the other. It is a bit unfair, but such is life. However, it is not just about what people eat, although that plays a large part; it is also genetic and it is unfair to think that you necessarily eat better than someone who is heavier than you are.

I can't figure out why you posted that you are thin and have always been thin.  How is that supportive a person who would like to lose weight?  I'm guess I am missing something.
