Congratulations on your weight loss. I know that the surgery is tough. My brother had in 2002 and lost from 604 to 350! He is now deceased from totally unrelelated problems - ruptured appendix that went undiagnosed for 3 weeks. Died June 2, 2006. Long story!
Anyway, just from being around him - follow your doctors directions regarding meals exactly! Especially the protein and veggies, chewing well, small frequent meals, small bites, the amount of water and when, and above all the vitamins! Extremely important. Again, congratulations and just think of the shopping your gonna get to do! whoo hoo!
