When my dal pulled a muscle in her back leg, I gave her baby aspirin on my vet's advice. It really worked. She weighs about 60 pounds and he said I could give her 3, 81-mg aspirins 3 times per day, but I only gave her 2 at a time. It seemed to work. I might just give a small dog 1 with a treat and she see how she does.
