No, it was straight typing. No ASR to blame. Woman had baby with 4th degree lac, it was stitched improperly, she had no control over her bowel movements or gas, and she had a massive infection in that area, which I assume probably happened due to the frequent leakage of stool.
Hey, at least it's not typing about shooting patients in the neck anymore. LOL.
