Ranzy Luster - Fixes and gives warranty. SM
Hi, I have used Ranzy Luster to fix my desktop Laniers, he is in Texas. He did the work fast, I think I remember that he had a $100 fixed price. He is one of the nicer people I have worked with.

He has been around a long time, and advertises on the "other site" under MT Classifieds also.

Here is his e-mail:

Good luck - It's awful when the machines we depend on to help us make our living go bad!

No rain forest, no swimming anywhere here
I have also heard about the things you speak of. He says under the skin and it feels like a worm and he presses on it and it will stop?? I know it is not psychiatric and I would say he is probably the most laid back person, no stress that he ever displays to me so ?? I am so glad (hope that does not sound wrong) to hear someone else had similar. I will certainly pass on.

Trose: Update on swimming class

Funny you should bring this up again.   I sent the gym teacher an email the night of the 19th and she never responded until today, AFTER I sent her another email with a copy to the district office asking her why she had not responded.

She basically said that she didn't realize that her direct questioning and her "simple suggestion" was "too direct for someone who was apparently over-sensitive."

Offered no apology, nothing.  Her reply was not copied to the district office so I replied to her with a copy to the district office so her response went to them also.

Since this incident last Wednesday, I have learned that this is certainly not an isolated incident but the kids were basically too scared to say anything about it.  They feared that if they complained, she would fail them and has apparently threatened to do so.

Basically, it is still unresolved.  My daughter is back to swimming today so we will see if there are any further comments tonight when she gets home.

I hope the teacher is at least reprimanded by the school district and maybe given some training on how to handle delicate situations with young girls going through the beginnings of puberty.

Also blessed w/a great hubs, partner, and father to the kids. Fixes our cars, scrubs the carpets,

I live by the ocean
in a popular vacation area. Over the past few years, the tourist season has started to slow down a week or 2 before labor day. Many kids go back to school in mid to late August now.
The Atlantic Ocean

I'm an Island girl, a seahag, salt water runs through my veins.....spent just about any free moment at  the beach,  fishing, crabbing, scalloping, clamming...there's just something about the sea breeze.  I didn't realize how expensive seafood was until I moved inland bkz it was always in abundance.

For the last 25 years we've basically been land-locked.  When I fly home every once in a great while, the arial view of the Atlantic Ocean,  Fire Island and the Great South Bay does my heart good.

After jaws I never swam out in the ocean again
like I once did, use to swim beyond the breakers and that movie did it for me. I said the only way a shark would get me is he might bite my ankle cause I was not going any further than that.

Jupiter, Florida - one mile to ocean!
And hey, it's for sale! Have different priorities now - so need to downsize.

Hurricanes? Survived 3 direct hits with very little problems - that scare is a bit overblown (pun intended). http://www.move2jupiter.com
Be sure to turn on the foghorn, seagull and ocean sounds ; )
