tenderloins

The tenderloins are the best...What's he gonna do with the rest of the meat?          

Hubby brought me a few field dressed deer over the years.....Try and chop that up with a hacksaw and filet knife, name the pieces, make Bambie burgers and sausage with an ol' timey hand grinder, stew meat pieces, and roasts.  Whack it, wrap it, pack it and stack it in the deep freezer. 

Are you up to that or will you just have it processed by a professional butcher?  

Bear skin rug would come in handy for those chilly nights ahead.    Cat
