I have a USMC son in Iraq, and a USN son sailing toward the gulf. I too am against THIS war...WW-2 was necessary, this one isn't. However, I support 200% the guys and gals over there, actually all that wear uniforms in general. They are doing as they are told...we don't have to like what they are doing, but boy, we sure can love 'em!

    I saw it as a tribute to a soldier in general. 
    What a wonderful tribute!

    Not only to your husband, but also to your daughter for being able to express those feelings to him, and to you for having raised such a loving daughter.
