I know that you are going to think I am a wimp, but I have found that you catch more flies with honey than vinegar and if you want the teacher to do something for you, you never talk to anyone above her head and you give her compliments and gifts.

Like I said, I have tried it both ways, and this new way works amazingly well. My daughter gets all kinds of perks I could never get with threatening legal action.
