I know the UPS in Gulfport, MS was horrible! I called, emailed and left notes for them NOT to deliver packages after 2:30 pm because I was working elsewhere and not home. They insisted on ONLY trying to leave packages after that time, after promising verbally and in writing they wouldn't. Finally I had rise at the crack of dawn, to drive to their warehouse, stand in a huge line for most of the morning, search through a multitude of trucks with an employee, and take my package home myself or they would have sent the package back as undeliverable!
Have had no problems since I moved elsewhere, but of course, I'm always home now. I'm thinking some offices are more disorganized than others, though.
First time I have seen a fellow Kansan on here. whereabouts?
