this forever but I get blasted on here all the time. I worked at home for 25 years but it wasn't easy and I got someone to watch my kids some when they were out of school. Either that or I went on the late shift and hubby watched them when he got home. Kids are gonna suffer if you are trying to work full time and watch them too. I am so sick of this job being touted as a "work at home because you have kids" job. Its a skilled career!

Because of all these schools it has created an influx of thousands of MTs that are poorly taught and trained and expecting top dollar. They can't get top dollar and neither can we who have done this for years anymore. But I have been "preaching to choir" and they are not listening.

Bottom line is, I know I am right as are you. I get told I am too old (53) but I can work circles around anyone of these newbies on here and I put my quality against theirs anyday. Keep putting out the word, maybe somebody will finally listen.
