your new dog

You are doing the right things it seems.  I'm wondering if she is throwing up because she is nervous in her new environment and stressed out?  I was told cat food is good for a dog when they are sick too because it is so tasty for them.  I'm sure in time as she adjusts to her new home and family and once she gets good medical care, everything will settle down for both of you.  Good job on taking care of her!
