I totally agree. Try to get a position in-house at a hospital. The education you will get transcribing medical reports is phenomenal. It will definitely take you some time to pick it up. Don't be frustrated with the work.. it will come, but it takes major time without having a mentor of some sort. Don't try to work at home until you get some experience under your belt. It will just frustrate you to no end! Good luck in your job hunt. Be patient. It takes time... we've all been there.
