Even posting the first letter and type of account is against posting rules.  Thank you.
Those who make remarks about SM

meaningless initials behind someone's name are merely too afraid to take the exam because they think there is a big chance they'll fail.

If you are confident in your skills, have reviewed the review guide and CD and have studied other material, you will pass.  It's that simple.

The ones who attack the CMT credential are the people who are iffy on many of the most basic skills in medical transcription and, most importantly, HAVE NOT KEPT UP WITH THE CHANGES in transcription over the years, have no idea what current standards are, rarely get QA scores and don't care-they just want to churn out inferior work and complain.

Your remarks are about as clear as mud. MT from CA nm

Constructive remarks in message
I have a couple of constructive things to say.  First take it to a blog where you can whine to someone who cares.  Where you can all wallow in your self-pity while your bills add up and your kids starve and nothing changes the situation.  Next, get another job.  Stay at MQ if you must, but get another job, be it MT or whatever, that will pay your bills while you whine. Third, get some ambition and help yourselves.  Whining to each other will accomplish nothing. Why would I be MQ management when I am offering suggestions to help your plight.  I am sure MQ management is very happy with the way things are.  They have you whiners that are still there for them to scrape their feet on and not doing a thing about your situation.
Instead of making snippy remarks
offer help...As I see the posts above have done. I never said I was perfect. I am in the process of researching this stuff in the meantime I am trying to get a database of people trying to help and fight with me...When it is done it will be done right..I need help NOT DUMB REMARKS...I can take criticism but not condescending BS...To those on the above posts thank you you made some good points..
I rep-resent that remark. sm
I'm just not a fan of the kid. He's getting a bit too big for his britches. A little confidence never hurt anyone, I just hope he uses it properly.
Offensive remark
As a Transcriptionist who also happens to have a handicap, I found your remark quite offensive "still willing to work and not live off the rest of us."  I am always WILLING to work but am not always able.  I do not choose to live off you or the government or anyone else.  However, there are programs available to handicapped people that I have qualified for.  That is because I paid my taxes for years, just like everyone else.
This is such an assinine remark, obvious you

The rudeness is really unnecessary. Don't take your
unhappiness out on people here.
Totally unnecessary.

I do. I still believe it is an unnecessary cruelty.

she sounded pretty rational to me, you were the one posting inflammatory remarks...nm

Okay, I need a really astounding, intelligent remark for a quick

Immoral, unnecessary, probably illlegal war.

Exactly correct about being unnecessary insurance
In my contracts with clients, it is made quite clear that I will not be responsible for any mistakes that may create legal and/or other problems due to electronic signature or otherwise. The physicians know as my clients they must read their reports and also they know that I will leave blanks when I feel necessary to quality of report.

Also, the AAMT gets a cut of any of that insurance they sell... it is a money maker for them.
I've never heard a bad remark from Andrews or M-Tec grads.
I've heard about the grader being wrong/ambiguous, and I've heard about the mistakes in the course.

From what I've heard, I also think the course is geared toward producing MTs to work for the big cheap companies. It's kind of like a (fill in the blank)______ company MT-maker assembly line.

Hey! I resemble that remark! I love collecting vintage
dresses and one of my fave looks are those long hostess gowns flowery with those high heels, big hair and fake eyelashes. Like from the 60s. Cool outfits. The bad thing is when I put that apron on my DH is a little TOO pleased LOL.
Yes, but the sarcastic exclamation points were unnecessary

MODERATOR - I am apologizing in advance for my nasty remark to a poster, but I had to get it out of

Download Ccleaner. It will clean out your unnecessary files.
I used every day, works great!
No. It'll be the most expensive magazine subscription you'll ever get, and it's unnecessary
