If you use Internet Explorer, click on Tools | Internet Options. Click on the buttons that say Delete Cooks and Delete Files.

Click on Tools, internet options, and delete cookies, delete files (online and offline), and then delete history below those buttons.  That cleans out history, memory/cache and cookies.  *S*
