Click on "Tools," "Options," then "Spelling and Grammar" tab. Click on "Dictionaries" button. Highlight Custom.dic, then click "Edit." Click OK on the message that pops up, and your custom dictionary will open as a text document. Make your changes and then save and close out the document.
