Where did those Indian ESLs ever learn to dictate a blood pressure that way? I mean I've worked as an RN across this country from New York to San Diego and never have I heard an American doctor call it that. They must have gotten their degrees out of this country, and how did they ever get in?

        living/working there and not being able to - communicate. Espeically for a doctor. nm
