OMG! Twenty four years ago I charged 6 cpl, you are working for nothing, you are being used. Don't quit right away, as the other people told you, hang in until you learn more, then quit, there are not many who will "take you in" except the one who want to take advantage of you, so reverse it! Good luck, hang in but get out when you have enough free learning,at that wage (deplorable)!
