7 cpl way too low

With experience 7 cents a line is an insult for a company to pay you, most companies are offering that as an entry level with little to no experience.  The going rate for a good MT with well rounded experience is at least 8.5 to 9 cents a line, and if you are expected to do stats and ESL doctors it is higher.  If a company is offering you, or paying you that now  with experience, it's an indication of how little respect they have for talented MTs and they are not willing to pay for quality work.   Don't waste your time, go where your skills are appreciated.
