I am letting mine drop when this cycle is over-- not going to jump through any more hoops for them. They have done absolutely nothing for me in the 18 years that I have been certified except to make it harder for me to get my credits and raise their rates to astronomical levels-- (but they say they will take PAYMENTS! Ha!)
