I mentioned to my doctor that I was having difficulty concentrating and just feeling like my brain was all scattered all the time, etc., and he started me on a trial of Adderall right away. We've had to do a little adjusting of the dosage, but it wasn't hard at all. He really didn't do any sort of formal testing. We just talked.
