The # of minutes used never came up.  They said I was dialing into the net, which I wasn't.  When I insisted I wasn't, they called the # I had dialed into so frequently and heard the recording saying it was a dictation system, then they told me I was using it for dictation and couldn't.  The # of minutes didn't tip them off at all.  One rep came right out and told me that it was the call pattern, that I would dial said # and be on for an hour or so, hang up, dial back in, etc.  Or that I'd dial in for a minute, then dial back in (like if the call hadn't gone through the first time and I had to redial, etc.)  So as much of a pain as it is, if you go by what they say, then you want to work for an hour or so at a time at intervals throughout the day and not stay on for extended periods of time.  THey were extremely rude to us though (ATT).
