...as far as 0.7 to 0.75 cpl for clinic and 0.8 to 0.85 for hospital accounts as far as most of your larger nationals go.  I say this because I have had a couple of recruiters at these larger nationals tell me, and I quote, "well, since you ONLY have 2 years of experience and are a clinic MT you're not qualified for more than .075 cpl." 


I didn't settle for that.  There are companies out there willing to pay more (usually your smaller MTSOs).  You just have to be patient and weed them out.
