Am not sure if I would do it

I am a MTSO and there is no way that I would ask someone to do that.  I have given gals that work for me templates, autocorrects, shortcuts that I have used but we all have our own way of saving, remembering short-cuts, etc.so what works for me may not work for them.   I have a lot of psych testing templates saved and shared that with the gals that are doing my accounts but if they were to do their own, their is no way I would ask them to share them without compensating them for their time some how.   So I would just share what the company shared with you and if that was nothing, I would say that for an hourly rate I would be more than happy to train some one but what I did as short-cuts is mine.  Now if you were quitting and volunteered to do that, that is something else.  But I would be upfront and ask if they were going to transfer you to another account or what and if so, was someone going to train you and share their short-cuts, templates, etc. with you.   You have to stick up for yourself.  Again, as a owner I would not dream of asking anyone to do that without some type of compensation.
