Another question (sm)

I'm really beginning to feel nervous about this change. I have been using Cottage since starting with YOG/MQ. I've been spoiled by not having to do much with the work assignement screen so I don't understand about the demographics you're taking about. I have been using Smartype and understand that won't transfer (which sucks). The tech told me DQS has it's own built in expander, but I'm getting the feeling that it's not adequate. Is this true? Also I've saved my own type of normals in the Cottage system for certain physicians, I'm guessing it's not going to be possible to transfer them over to DQS. Is this true too? I really appreciate all your input, the positive and the negative. Like a lot of people here, I'm the sole supporter for my family and have to work too many hours now to make ends meet. Guess we'd better pull our belts tighter than they already are until I get used to this new system.
