I get restless too and move things around. I also have to take my headphones off every time I proof because I simply cannot stand to keep them on the whole time. Anyone else do that?

I'm sure it slows me down some, but I just have to do it or I go crazy. I also often adjust my sound up and down a lot. I know some people just keep it loud all the time, but I try to keep it only as loud as I absolutely need it.
