Arby's is also outsourcing their drive through ordering.
Someone wanted to order a drink and asked what they had. They were given the choices and picked one. When they got to the window the person there said, "Oh, we don't have that," and then proceeded to tell the driver what they had. The driver asked why they were given such on the list at the speaker and was told that the order goes through another state at a call center. Obviously the call center didn't know the appropirate drinks for the venue where the order was placed. Isn't that a HOOT!
