Are you serious ..???

This is about choices.  We all have the same opportunities and if this is how you feel then you need to be in a hospital where you are paid by the hour.  I don't want to know that you might be transcribing some acutely ill person's record with the attitude that what you do means nothing since you are paid on production.  You took the job .. if production offends you then you should be doing something that does not offend you.  The attitude is a good part of the reason this profession is where it is .. in the dumper .. because it is all about show me the money.
