it depends on the margins and font used. Standard would be 1" margins L/R and Courier New 12 font is the ultimate for gross lines. If it is a smaller font, one huge paragraph, and 0.5" margins, it is not a good deal.
Also ask what the maximum number of characters are on a line. For some, it is 72 or more, again depending on the font.
Like I said, if it is standard 1" margins and CN 12 font, you have yourself a good deal.
