It really ticks me off as it was the reason I left that diagnostic facility. It was funny that because I was anal retentive and felt a need to follow the policies and my manager was very disorganized but very socially saavy, I was made out to be the bad guy. I voluntarily left to get away from the hipocracy and stress. I laughed myself silly when I found out she got canned withing 60 days after I left due to incompetence!
