the med terms, grammar, mumbling etc., how about all the style rules, different account rules, learning how to type in Expander language, choppy dictation,(and not being able to tell if something is the end of one sentence or the beginning of another) ...

I am fairly new and without much medical background, but it seems to me that the challanges are endless!
