own account then you either need to take a laptop with you and work anyway; or get someone to cover for you while you are gone. It is possible the Dr. will hold the work but for 2 weeks I doubt it, plus you will have to kill yourself to get caught back up. I only have one small account that is mine, I just take my computer with me and work while away (about 6 hours total); my IC "job" though I just give them 3-4 weeks notice of the time I want off (there are 18 other MTs so its not a big deal).
