BOS?

Hi there!  I am new to the board here.  At the risk of sounding ignorant, I have never heard of BOS and wondered if someone here could enlighten me?  I have been an independent contractor at home for several years for the same few doctors, so I am sure I am missing out on learning many things!  Thanks for any information.
