If you do as Barb says, it won't translate to the client when you are working in a platform. If you change your settings in control panel the background color WILL translate to the client. They will have a fit trying to print white text on a blue background. I know, where I work, we had several people change it through control panel and when the hospital had to deal with it, we almost lost the account!

If I type something in my Word, which is set as Barb said, and I email this to my other computer without that setting it opens up black and white, just like it should.

 Hey Barb,
Did you just work for a hospital??? In CA?
I agree, Barb. Everyone wants recognition
It won't happen without some type of demonstrable achievement and credentialing process.
