Depends if you want just plain beets or Harvard beets. Plain beets are good just reheated, as directed. Harvard beets have a sweet/sour sauce made with vinegar and sugar. Might want to check with son which ones he likes.

MMMM, I love pierogies, beets, and meatloaf.
Hubby doesn't, so I only cook it when he's gone. (Which is never, lately! LOL)
