Both are jumping ship. Here I sit isolated at home - but - I know of 10 people myself who have quit in the past month, many more of us looking to and I know of accounts that have left and people who had to be moved off of their primaries because of it. I don't know how many, but I know why --- because the people these clients want to deal with are now gone and when the clients can, they will follow.
