This is VR software that Transcend Services created and is now using for all of their clients. Most of the accts that use the software are still in "type" mode, but slowly they are moving each acct to "edit" mode. There will always be a percentage that is manual transcription because of new hires, etc. I work on Beyond TXT occasionally (I work for Transcend) and I don't have a problem with it. It's pretty easy to learn.
