Hi: I think CNN web site has a link and/or the list of people that they have heard from, know about that are okay, watched it today on CNN, showing faces of people who are OK and they were telling their relatives same. Good luck, hope this helps.

Anybody have info on finding Biloxi survivors?

My husband's friend hasn't heard from his brother yet and is understandably frantic.  His brother was in Biloxi, Mississippi when the hurricaine hit.  Last time he was heard from, he was boarding up his house.

I know this is far reaching, but does anyone have any information on finding someone in Biloxi?

Thanks!

RE: my post below looking for Andre in Biloxi

Thanks to all that stopped and read my post.  Andre is alive and doing okay, although homeless and unemployed.  He lost his house, his cars and his possessions, but is glad to be alive.

Apparently Mississippi is just as bad as New Orleans, on a smaller scale, but doesn't get the media coverage that New Orleans gets.  At one point they were under martial law.  Not allowed out and not allowed go back to their homesite to pick through the ruins of their homes. The body count keeps rising.

What a horrible thing for everyone.  So sad.

Still looking for Andre Pouliot from Biloxi

Andre is the brother of my husband's friend.  We live in Central Maine. We have checked all of the "safe lists," including the "Gulf Coast News" website, but my husband's friend has heard nothing from his brother since his brother was boarding up his house for Katrina.

Unfortunately, Andre lived in Biloxi and he could see the beach from the back of his house, which probably means that there is not much hope of finding him alive.

Just thought I'd make one last effort for what it is worth.

Thanks guys.
