I love software and doing everything online, but sometimes when I get really frustrated, it's nice to give my eyes and my mind a break and sit back with my 'specialty specific' reference book or an 'old fashioned dictionary', and sometimes I even find the answers a lot quicker this way. I only have about 5 reference books, though, again either all-encompassing dictionaries or specialty specific word-books.
